From the photographer: This shoot took place at Ritchie Hill, a gorgeous historic venue in Concord, NC. This venues natural light and airy essence gave us the perfect canvas to paint our vision! We layered grays and shades of blue velvet with mixed copper & marble accents tied in with the textured floral pieces to give us a romantic, moody & modern feel. Our couple Sydney & James who are a happily engaged couple in real life. The “groom to be” had just returned home after serving five years in the military, and their longing and excitement to begin planning their lives together was a true inspiration for the shoot!
