Q: How did you two first meet? A: Brian and I met at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital where we both work. In short, Brian came to the Surgical ICU where I was working that day and asked to borrow an otoscope for a patient. The next day we officially met in the cafeteria when a mutual friend introduced us.

Q: Give us all the details about the proposal. A: The proposal was in Jamaica! I was surprising Brian for his 30th birthday with a trip out of the country. I kept the secret for months, only telling two of my friends. Unbeknownst to me, Brian was actually coordinating the proposal with those same friends as well as the resort staff in Jamaica! He proposed during a photo shoot in Jamaica!
