Megan and Mike met in high school after Mike moved to Chapin, South Carolina from Pennsylvania. He walked into his freshman physical science class and was instantly blown away by this beautiful blonde girl. They spent the entire summer of 2009 hanging out with friends and family on Lake Murray and began dating the beginning of their junior year at Chapin High School. Their relationship continued long-distance as Mike went to Wofford College on a scholarship to play football and Megan started school at Appalachian State. Megan ended up transferring to the University of South Carolina for her junior and senior years. She was Mike's biggest fan and attended all of the Wofford College football games to cheer him on. After 8 years of dating, Mike proposed to Megan where it all began, at Megan's home on Lake Murray. She said, "YES!" and on August 4, 2018, they married in the beautiful mountains of Boone, North Carolina.
