Feb 25 Raleigh Rose Garden Elopement

Raleigh Rose Garden Elopement.

Meg and Suyong met while Meg was studying abroad in South Korea. They fell and love and started dating. But eventually, Meg had to come back to the states. Amazingly, they were able to keep dating despite living in two different countries! Meg was able to go back and visit Suyong a few times. On one of those trips, Suyong asked Meg to marry him by presenting her shoes (yes shoes!) that said "Thanks for coming to me. This is my perfect moment with you. Let me be your best friend forever. Meg, will you marry me?"

And she said yes!

So after that, they had to go through the entire process to get his K-1 visa (like in 90-day fiance) so that he could come to the states and marry Meg. Their wedding date was a bit up in the air based on when they would be able to fly him out, but on Friday, November 1st. They were married in a courthouse. Right after they had their bride and groom portraits done!

Meg and Suyong are so incredibly sweet to each other, and I had an amazing time shooting their session!
