Stone River South Carolina Wedding

From the photographer: Carla and Marque live in Richmond, VA, but she is from Columbia, SC and found me through a mutual friend of ours (who is a children's photographer).  Carla and Marque met each other on ChristianMingle.com, and their ceremony was a testament to how much they both hold all of the same values in life. This is a couple that will truly be together forever. Their wedding was phenomenal. Carla is very Type-A, and it was clear that she had thought of every single detail when it came to her wedding day. Once the wedding day arrived, she was able to relax and have fun with her awesome group of bridesmaids, because all the work was taken care of! The ceremony was presided over by her hometown preacher, who gave blessings so moving, that my second shooter and I felt lucky to have been there for it!Once the ceremony was over, Carla's dad and a family friend began playing live music on the patio of Stone River during cocktail hour -- and let me tell you, we thought it was a really good recording played by the DJ until we realized the performance was happening live! What talent! All in all, it was the perfect Fall wedding in Columbia, SC for this sweet Virginia couple.
